Meet the Team

Chris Henricks

Owner

Chris Henricks has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Iowa and her MBA from Northern Illinois University. She has been happily married to her husband Scott for 15 years and they share two boys, both in grade school. Chris enjoys reading, cooking, hiking and hanging out with her friends and family.

Julie Rosato

Administrative Manager

Currently, on the road to graduating with honors, Julie will complete her BS in Accounting in 2023. With 13 years of administrative experience, 10 years of accounting experience, and 6 years of supervisory experience, she has been an impactful addition to the SBSI team and the clients she serves. Her specialties include inventory management, manufacturing, and payroll, among other things. In her spare time, Julie loves spending time with her dogs and her family, playing video games, and all things superheroes.


Tiffany Storrs

Administrative Assistant


Tiffany received her BA from the University of New Mexico in Broadcast Journalism. If not spending time with her two children, she can be found riding her mountain bike and exploring the great outdoors. Tiffany is tri-lingual (English, Spanish and ASL) and won the title of Miss Albuquerque USA in 1996. Professionalism to a tee, great creativity and never without a smile, Tiffany is a true asset to the growing SBSI Team.

Rizzalie Elliot

Accounting Associate

Rizzalie “Teth” Elliott graduated from the University of Perpetual Help-Philippines with a degree in Accountancy, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Kaplan University-Florida. Throughout her career, she has worked in all areas of accounting and finance in different roles. She began working in diverse accounting clerk roles, working upwards and moving into financial management. With more than 20 years of experience, she can apply a well-rounded set of financial skills to improve her clients' bottom line. At work, Teth is a reliable, and highly effective problem solver. Her comprehensive hands-on experience and formal training make her a valuable addition to the SBSI Team. During the weekends, she enjoys getting dirty and riding side by side in the mountains with her family.

James Ridge

Accounting Associate

James holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership from Youngstown State University in 2023. James has 7 years of accounting experience in corporate and government accounting. James is a veteran of the US Army where he served as a Combat Medic. James is an advocate for mental health awareness, and volunteers for the crisis llifeline. In his free time James enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, watching all sports, and playing video games.

Mia Spencer

Accounting Associate

Mia started her accounting career while still in high school, working for a local CPA firm. Finding her passion for numbers, she began her career in the timber and lumber industry as a receptionist. She advanced within the company holding multiple roles, all in bookkeeping or accounting. She achieved her Associate’s degree in applied science in 2008. Throughout her career, she has worked in manufacturing industries and tax offices. Mia is committed to providing excellent customer service. In her spare time, Mia enjoys playing with her 3 dogs and spending time with her husband.

Sarah Briggs

Accounting Associate

Sarah has an Associates of Science Degree in Accounting. Sarah is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and is currently working to become a Certified Public Bookkeeper. Sarah has worked in the accounting industry for 13 years, and has a special interest in helping small businesses achieve their financial goals. In Sarah's free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and four pets.

Tonya Mills

Accounting Associate

Tonya received her Bachelors of Business Administration from The University of Oklahoma with her major in Accounting. Tonya has worked in the accounting industry for 25 years. She has experience in many different aspects of accounting. Bookkeeping became her favorite because it allows her to develop a working relationship with clients and enables her to help them be successful. In her free time Tonya likes to spend time with her husband, kids and grandkids. She loves animals, music and the great outdoors.
 

Adriana Valverde

Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Adriana holds a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso, and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from El Paso Community College. Adriana has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since March 2021. She became a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in April 2019. Her accounting career began in 2001 performing in different capacities and cross-functional roles. She has experience working in highly diverse industries including private and public accounting, healthcare, non-profit, banking, transportation, and IT, among others. Adriana is passionate and dedicated, with a drive for efficiency and continued learning. She loves animals and enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her dogs in her spare time.
